A Little Bit About Lindsay

I am married with two young girls. I love to travel both near and far and learn about different people and other cultures. I feel rejuvenated getting to know someone, going for a hike in nature, hearing my girls’ giggle and see them learn new things, and cozying up with a fuzzy blanket and a good show. My Christian faith is important to me, and I am happy to integrate that into sessions for those that would want that, upon request.

I enjoy taking time to be outdoors, attend various events, crafts of all kinds, volunteer throughout my community, and find moments of quiet reflection. I am married and have a teenage daughter, a soccer playing yorkie terrier, and a curious cat. We enjoy traveling, whether it is to a beach in Florida, a road trip to Michigan, or a day trip up North, we love taking breaks in life to make lasting memories. My Christian faith is important to me and can be incorporated into sessions at a client’s request.

A Little Bit About Stephanie

I am married with 2 young children. I spend most of my time playing outside or going up north to spend time with family. I am a lifelong learner and am always seeking to know and learn new things about others, myself and growing as a person. I believe that every person knows themselves and their struggles the best and as a therapist it is my role to help clients with understanding what they need from me. I am adaptable to many different populations, especially those who are marginalized and view issues from a systemic lens. I seek to find the inherent value for every person, and recognize sometimes we all need some guidance in life.
